NICE guidance includes acupuncture as an option for some types of chronic pain. We use it to help release muscle spasm and relieve pain, usually alongside chiropractic care and stretches.

Acupuncture is often combined with chiropractic care and stretches as part of your plan.
After acupuncture
Mild soreness or a small bruise at a needle site can happen and settles quickly. Contact us if you feel unwell or notice unusual swelling.
