Your first step towards better health. Here is what happens, how long it takes and what to bring.
What happens at the first visit?

Arrive 15 minutes early
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete administration formalities.

Health history
You will fill out some basic paperwork regarding your health history, then meet your chiropractor and a full case history will be taken.
- 03
Examination
A thorough physical examination including orthopaedic and neurological tests. Should it be required, examination of the abdomen, cardiovascular, or respiratory systems may also be carried out.
- 04
Report and treatment
In accordance with regulatory guidelines you get a complete report of findings (first or second visit), and either a soft tissue or massage treatment or a full chiropractic treatment.
What should I bring?
- The new patient form, printed and filled out if possible
- Any recent x-ray or scan reports
- A list of any medicines you take
- Comfortable clothes; a treatment gown is provided

Worried about the click?
Chiropractic adjustments aren’t usually painful and any discomfort is very short lived. Gentle options such as the Activator Method and McTimoney technique are available, so tell us what you are comfortable with.
Common questions
Normally we will need to see you for 30 minutes to assess one condition or area and approximately 45 minutes to assess two or more.
