Who is manipulation and stretching for?

If you have tight muscles or connective tissue, stretching can improve mobility and ease pain. Many complaints such as tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, tight hamstrings, neck, foot and hand stiffness and pain can be improved with the right stretching.

We will give you easy stretches to do at home to assist with your progress.

Between visits

Little and often works best with stretching. Mild muscle soreness the next day is normal; if a stretch causes sharp pain, stop and tell us at your next visit.
