What to expect

    Your health history

    You fill out some basic paperwork regarding your health history, then meet your chiropractor and a full case history is taken.

  2. 02

    Examination

    A thorough physical examination including orthopaedic and neurological tests, so the chiropractor can assess the nerves, muscles and joints.

  3. 03

    Report of findings

    The chiropractor studies the results, makes a diagnosis and gives you a complete report of findings on the first or second visit.

  4. 04

    Chiropractic care

    Treatment is tailored to you. We will give you easy stretches to do at home to assist with your progress.

After your visit

Some people feel mild soreness for a day or two. Keep gently active and do the stretches we give you. Seek medical advice promptly if pain spreads down a leg with numbness or weakness, and call 999 for loss of bladder or bowel control.

Common questions

The first consultation with our Doctor of Chiropractic is up to 40 minutes and costs £65. Normally we need 30 minutes to assess one condition or area and about 45 minutes to assess two or more.
