Gentle care through pregnancy
Gentle chiropractic care at Hertford Chiropractic Centre for lower back, leg and rib pain during pregnancy, and post natal checks for new mothers.
Is chiropractic care safe in pregnancy?
More and more women are discovering the many benefits associated with chiropractic care during this period of weight gain and hormonal changes. Having pursued a deep interest in this field and undergone post graduate training, Mark Coker is pleased to provide this resource for expecting and new mothers.
Chiropractic adjustments are gentle and comfortable, using light techniques, making it unlikely adjustments will hurt. If you wish, your chiropractor will assist any other health expert that may be supporting you during your pregnancy.
